Talk About It

One of the biggest things you can do to get over your crush is to talk about your feelings. Talk about what made you like this person and how they made you feel. Get rid of all the details. After you talk about things, understand them more and then let them go. Make sure you tell people that love and support you.

Take time to learn new things. Find out what qualities you had that turned your crush off. Learn to find new things to like. Have fun, learn to love music and new things.

Even though you are hurting because of your crush, these feelings will go away, and you will move on. Even when negative feelings come to your mind, learn to control them, and push them away.

Go out and meet new people. Go to new places where new people are and see if you can find feelings for someone else besides your crush.

Feel comfortable with your therapist and always be honest. Do not be afraid to tell them what is going on inside of you. They will respect you and they will have value for you.
